We have no payed employees, all work in the Fellowship of the Spirit Group is voluntary work, known within the fellowship of AA as 12th Step Work.
Positions
Position: Secretary
Description: Is responsible for opening the Doors of the meeting, Group Correspondence & keeping Group Conscious minutes.
Requirements: Except in exceptional circumstances should be 6 Months Sober.
Service Job length: Usually 6 Months then rotates on to rotation roster or into another position.
Position: Treasurer
Description: Counts meeting donations, keeps financial records of Group, deposits the donations in bank, pays meetings expenses (rent, shopping - tea, coffee & such), Pays 7th Tradition Donations to District, Area, National Office.
Requirements: Except in exceptional circumstances should be 6 Months Sober
Service Job length: Usually 2 Years then rotates on to rotation roster or into another position.
Position: GSR
Description: Attends District & Area Service meetings as the Groups Voice & Voting representative to those service entities, then reports back to Group at the Groups, Group Conscious meeting & or Group meeting on what happened at those Service meetings.
Requirements: Except in exceptional circumstances should be 6 Months Sober
Service Job length: Usually 2 Years then rotates on to rotation roster or into another position.
