What is a 3 Legacies Meeting?

A 3 Legacies Meeting is a meeting that studies our 3 legacies the 12 Steps, 12 Traditions and 12 Concepts.

When doing the 12 Steps we read a couple of Paragraphs from our basic text the book Alcoholics Anonymous (Nickname: Big Book) and then discus those paragraphs where each person present has the right to share on the reading, only loving crosstalk is allowed.

When doing the 12 Traditions we read a couple of Paragraphs from the book (12 & 12) Twelve Steps & Twelve Traditions (the Traditions essays section only) and then discus those paragraphs where each person present has the right to share on the reading, only loving crosstalk is allowed.

When doing the 12 Concepts we read a couple of Paragraphs from our Service manual (the Concepts essays section only) and then discus those paragraphs where each person present has the right to share on the reading, only loving crosstalk is allowed.

We do a Step reading from our basic text the book Alcoholics Anonymous when that step is finished we the do the corresponding traditions reading (i.e. Step 1 corresponding tradition reading Tradition 1) from the 12 & 12. We then do the Corresponding Concept reading.
